Training Policies, Waivers, and Privacy Notice

Facilitated by Bob Wijgman

1. Refunds, Transfers, and Attendance Changes

We do not offer refunds under any circumstances.

If you need to change your attendance for a training facilitated by Bob Wijgman, reasonable efforts will be made to accommodate a one-time transfer to a different training date and/or location, subject to availability and the following conditions:

  • The alternative training must take place within one (1) year of the original training date

  • A administrative fee applies to all date or location changes

  • Any difference in price between trainings must be paid by the participant

  • Transfers are not transferable to another person

All change requests must be submitted at least thirty (30) days prior to the original training start date.

No transfers or change requests will be accepted within two (2) weeks of the scheduled training start date.
Any non-attendance or late change requests due to unforeseen circumstances within this two-week window will result in forfeiture of all payments, which will no longer be transferable.

In the unlikely event that Bob Wijgman must cancel a training, participants will receive a full refund of the training fee, excluding any currency exchange fees or third-party payment processing fees incurred.

2. Travel Insurance Recommendation

For all in-person trainings, participants are strongly advised to obtain travel insurance to protect against unforeseen travel disruptions or personal circumstances that may affect attendance.

3. General Waiver of Liability and Hold Harmless

As a condition of participation, I expressly release and hold harmless Bob Wijgman, including assistants, agents, representatives, venues, and participants, from any and all claims or liabilities arising from or related to my participation in training activities, including but not limited to physical injury, emotional distress, psychological impact, medical events, or personal loss.

4. Mental Health Acknowledgment and Responsibility

I acknowledge that maintaining my mental and emotional well-being is essential for safe participation.

I agree to promptly notify Bob Wijgman of any mental health conditions or concerns that may affect my participation. I understand that I am solely responsible for consulting with my own therapists, doctors, or healthcare professionals.

I understand that Bob Wijgman does not provide medical, psychological, or therapeutic treatment and assumes no responsibility for such care.

5. Privacy Policy

Bob Wijgman is committed to protecting your personal data. This Privacy Policy explains how information is collected, used, stored, and shared.

Information Collected

This may include:

  • Name, address, email, phone number

  • Account and payment information

  • IP address, browser type, operating system

  • Website usage data

By registering for and participating in any training facilitated by Bob Wijgman, I confirm that I have read, understood, and voluntarily agree to all terms, policies, and waivers outlined above.
