Somatic Biofield Release (SBR)

Somatic Biofield Release combines breath, movement, presence, and subtle energetic awareness to open the pathways where the body stores emotion, tension, and past experience. Through rhythmic and intentional breathing, the mind becomes quieter and the inner world becomes vivid. You enter a deeper state of consciousness where intuition sharpens and the body begins to respond in its own natural rhythm. As the breath deepens, the body starts to move from within. The spine waves. The chest opens. The pelvis loosens. The heart space expands. These movements are not forced. They arise as the body reorganizes itself.

Your breath directly influences your nervous system, your emotional patterns, and your energetic field. When guided breathing is combined with somatic movement and grounded awareness, brainwave activity shifts and a dreamlike state can open. In this space, the fascia becomes more receptive. The system feels safe enough to release what it has been carrying.

Fascia responds not only to pressure but also to breath, vibration, and energetic movement. When breath and awareness reach the places where energy has stagnated, the tissue softens and flow returns. You may feel warmth, tingling, shaking, waves of emotion, or a sense of life moving through you again. These are signs that the body and the energetic system are reconnecting.

SBR is not about forcing a breakthrough. It is about creating the conditions where your physical, emotional, and energetic layers can unwind naturally. It is not just relaxation. It is a return to your own inner pulse, your clarity, your grounded presence. This work can be offered in both one-on-one sessions and adapted for group settings.

The tools and principles you learn integrate easily with breathwork sessions, somatic practices, and other therapeutic modalities, making it a versatile skillset for practitioners working in diverse environments. If you would like to join the Somatic Fascia Release training, please check the calender for upcoming breathwork and somatic events.

How Somatic Biofield Release Works — An Explanation

Breath as the gateway

SBR begins with intentional, slow rhythmic breathing. This type of breathwork helps quiet the analytical part of the mind and shifts the brain into slower, more receptive wave states. As this happens, the intuitive and sensory aspects of the body become more active. In this softened state of awareness, people often experience a vivid, almost dreamlike inner landscape. Within that state, the fascia becomes more responsive, and the body’s systems are better able to reorganize themselves.

Movement from within

As the body drops into this deeper awareness, spontaneous movement can begin to emerge. These movements may appear as gentle waves, shaking, spiraling motions, or natural openings in the posture. They are not forced or directed; rather, they reflect the body releasing stored tension and restoring its natural flow. This is similar to what happens in bioenergetic discharge, tremoring, or Kundalini-like internal movement. The body’s innate intelligence taking over to complete processes that were previously stuck.

Fascia, energy, and emotion

Fascia is highly responsive to breath, vibration, subtle energetic shifts, emotional expression, and the presence of grounded awareness. When focused breath and consciousness meet an area of stagnation in the tissue, the fascia begins to soften. People often feel warmth, tingling, pulsing, or internal shaking as this occurs. Sometimes an emotional wave arises and then naturally dissolves. These sensations indicate that the fascia, nervous system, and subtle energy body are working together to come back into alignment and harmony. You will learn what energetic touch can do.

The Biofield

The biofield is the complete, interconnected system that makes up the human being. It includes the nervous system, skeleton, muscles, fascia, glands, and the heart field, as well as energetic layers such as the chakras and aura. The biofield represents a synthesis of Western scientific understanding and Eastern energetic perspectives of the body. Each layer, physical, emotional, mental, and energetic exists simultaneously and influences the others. Together, they form an integrated whole that reflects how the body functions, communicates, and maintains balance.

What you may experience through this work

Somatic Biofield Release draws on principles from:

  • Bioenergetics — grounding, breath, charge, and release

  • Kundalini-inspired awakening practices — inner waves, spontaneous movement, energetic expansion

  • Tension Release Exercises — tremor response, neurogenic movement, nervous-system discharge

  • Energy work; Quantum Touch — sensing flow, clearing stagnation, reconnecting channels

  • Dynamic Meditations Osho

As breath deepens and awareness expands, the body begins to reorganize from within:

  • The spine begins to wave

  • The diaphragm softens and opens

  • The pelvis releases old gripping

  • The heart space expands

  • Micro-tremors or full-body waves may emerge

  • Energy begins to move with coherence and freedom

Training in Somatic Biofield Release

For those are called to learn this work, Somatic Biofield Release Training offers a blend of embodied practice, energetic awareness, and somatic facilitation tools. A path back to your inner pulse

Somatic Biofield Release is not about pushing for breakthrough.
It is about creating the conditions where the physical, emotional, and energetic layers can unwind with integrity and ease.

If you feel called to explore this work, you are welcome to join an upcoming training or event.
Please check the calender for upcoming dates.

In this training you will learn:

  • How to work with breath to access deeper states of consciousness

  • How to guide spontaneous movement safely and effectively

  • How to support the nervous system as it shifts out of fight-or-flight

  • How to recognize and work with tremors, shaking, and energetic waves

  • How to sense stagnation in the fascia (physically & energetically)

  • How to facilitate emotional release without force or overwhelm

  • How to hold a grounded presence while working with deep inner process

  • How bioenergetics, kundalini-like movement, body release principles, and fascia response weave together

This training supports both personal embodiment and professional practice.
It is for bodyworkers, breathworkers, somatic therapists, energy practitioners and anyone drawn to the depth of the human system.

Course Structure

In person

The Somatic Biofield Release Training is a immersive program is designed to guide participants through a progressive journey of somatic awareness, energetic activation, and fascial unwinding. Each day builds on the last, combining experiential practices with clear, accessible teachings. There will be daily morning meditations, bioenergetic teachings, somatic breathwork sessions, and an exploration of how the body stores tension through the framework of the seven belts of tension.

Online

The online version of this training is offered as an 8-week guided program. It delivers the same core foundations as the in-person intensive. But this format places a stronger emphasis on the energetic dimension of the work and on developing your ability to hold space in a virtual setting.

Each week includes live sessions, recorded practices, and structured guidance to help you explore somatic awareness, breathwork, and the seven belts of tension from home. You will also learn how to confidently guide others through online sessions, reading subtle cues, supporting release processes, and creating a grounded, safe, and attuned container in the digital space.
