Terms and Confidentiality Agreement
Please read the following Terms and Confidentiality Agreement carefully. Registration for and attendance at any workshop or training facilitated by Bob Wijgman constitutes your full understanding of and agreement to all terms outlined below.
1. Agreement and Scope
By registering for and participating in any training, retreat, workshop, or program facilitated by Bob Wijgman, you confirm that you have read, understood, and voluntarily agree to all terms, conditions, policies, and waivers outlined below.
These Terms & Conditions apply to both online and in-person offerings unless otherwise stated in writing.
2. Booking and Payment Obligation
A confirmed booking constitutes a binding obligation to pay the full amount as stated on the invoice.
3. Payment Terms
For all trainings and retreats facilitated by Bob Wijgman, the full amount—including accommodation where applicable—must be credited to the designated bank account by the payment deadline stated on the invoice, and no later than eight (8) weeks prior to the scheduled start date.
If a booking is made less than eight (8) weeks before the start date, the full amount is due immediately, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
4. Refunds, Transfers, and Attendance Changes
We do not offer refunds under any circumstances, except where expressly stated in these Terms & Conditions.
If you are unable to attend your scheduled training or retreat, reasonable efforts will be made to accommodate a one-time transfer to a different date and/or location, subject to availability and the following conditions:
The alternative training must take place within one (1) year of the original booking
A administrative fee applies to all date or location changes
Any difference in price between trainings must be paid by the participant
Transfers are not transferable to another person
All change requests must be submitted at least thirty (30) days prior to the original start date.
No transfers or change requests will be accepted within two (2) weeks of the scheduled start date.
Any non-attendance or late change requests within this two-week window will result in forfeiture of all payments, which will no longer be transferable.
5. Minimum Number of Participants
The minimum number of participants required for a training or retreat to take place is six (6), unless otherwise communicated in writing.
If the minimum number is not met, all payments made will be fully refunded prior to the scheduled start date.
In such cases, Bob Wijgman reserves the right to cancel the event, with written notice provided at least two (2) weeks before the start date.
6. Cancellation by Participant
If you cancel your booking, the following cancellation fees apply:
If the booking is cancelled by you up to 2 months before the start, 50% of the price will be charged.
If cancelled between 2 months and 3 weeks before the start, 70% of the price will be charged.
If cancelled within 3 weeks before or during the retreat, the full price will be charged.
7. Cancellation by Organizer
In the unlikely event that Bob Wijgman must cancel a training or retreat, participants will receive a full refund of the training or retreat fee, excluding any currency exchange fees or third-party payment processing fees incurred.
8. Travel Insurance Recommendation (In-Person Events)
For in-person trainings and retreats, participants are strongly advised to obtain travel insurance to protect against unforeseen circumstances that may affect attendance.
9. Waiver of Liability and Hold Harmless
Participation in trainings and retreats facilitated by Bob Wijgman may involve physical, emotional, or psychological intensity.
As a condition of participation, you expressly release and hold harmless Bob Wijgman, including assistants, agents, representatives, venues, and participants, from any and all claims or liabilities arising from or related to your participation, including but not limited to physical injury, emotional distress, psychological impact, medical events, or personal loss.
Participation is voluntary and undertaken at your own risk.
10. Mental Health Acknowledgment and Responsibility
You acknowledge that maintaining your mental and emotional well-being is essential for safe participation.
You agree to promptly notify Bob Wijgman of any mental health conditions or concerns that may affect your participation. You understand that you are solely responsible for consulting with your own therapists, doctors, or healthcare professionals as needed.
You acknowledge that Bob Wijgman does not provide medical, psychological, or therapeutic treatment and assumes no responsibility for such care.
11. Prices and Offers
All prices listed on websites, promotional materials, or communications facilitated by Bob Wijgman are non-binding.
Prices may be changed at any time, including when required by legal, regulatory, or operational circumstances.
Prices for private individuals are stated in euros (€) and include VAT, unless otherwise specified
Prices for companies and self-employed professionals are stated excluding VAT, unless otherwise specified
12. Privacy Policy
Bob Wijgman is committed to protecting your personal data. This Privacy Policy explains how personal information is collected, used, stored, and shared.
